Disclosures and disclaimer

Who we are

SintraCap Advisors LLP ("SintraCap", "the firm", "we") is a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

Registered office: 3501-B World View, World Towers, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400013
Office: 602 Lodha Supremus, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400013
Email: investments@sintracap.in

The firm arranges and advises on capital raising, structured credit and real-estate transactions, and invests proprietary capital through the firm, its partners and group entities.

No offer, invitation or solicitation

Nothing on this website is, or should be read as, an offer, invitation, advertisement or solicitation to subscribe for, buy or sell any security, or to participate in any investment, in India or anywhere else. This website is not a prospectus, placement memorandum or offer document of any kind.

Where the firm shares an investment opportunity with co-investors, it does so privately, with persons it knows or has been introduced to, and in accordance with applicable law, including the private placement provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules and regulations made under it. A general enquiry made through this website does not by itself entitle anyone to receive any such opportunity.

No investment advice

The firm does not provide investment advice, research or portfolio management services to the public. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or to enter into any transaction. Any decision you take on the basis of material on this website is your own, and you should take independent legal, tax and financial advice before taking it.

SintraCap Advisors LLP is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or merchant banker, and does not hold itself out as any of these. Where a transaction requires a registered intermediary, one is engaged for that transaction.

Positions and conflicts of interest

The companies listed under "Active strategic stakes" are companies in which the firm, its partners or group entities hold shares. These holdings are disclosed to the stock exchanges where the law requires it, including under the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Listing a company on this website is a disclosure of that interest, not a view on its shares.

The firm or its partners may hold, acquire or dispose of interests in companies whose transactions the firm arranges, and may earn fees from those companies, from investors, or from both. Where such an interest is material to a transaction, it is disclosed to the parties to that transaction.

Transactions and track record

The transactions listed on this website are a record of mandates the firm has worked on since August 2024. They are listed for information only. They are not a representation of the outcome of any transaction for any investor, lender or company, and are not an indication of future transactions or results.

Third-party names

Names and marks of companies, occupiers and other third parties appearing on this website belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Their appearance does not mean that they endorse the firm, or that the firm speaks for them.

Accuracy

Material on this website is provided in good faith and is believed to be accurate on the date it is published. It may become out of date, and the firm may change it without notice. The firm gives no warranty, express or implied, as to its accuracy or completeness, and accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on it.

II

Terms of use

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Use of the website

You may view this website and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of it for commercial purposes, or use it in any way that is unlawful, or that could damage, disable or interfere with it.

Intellectual property

The text, design, illustrations and photographs on this website are the property of SintraCap Advisors LLP or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The name "SintraCap" and the firm's mark may not be used without the firm's written consent.

Material you send us

When you send material to the firm through this website or by email, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that doing so does not breach any obligation you owe to anyone else. The firm treats material it receives in connection with a potential transaction as confidential, uses it only to evaluate and, if the firm proceeds, to carry out that transaction, and does not share it outside the firm, its group entities and its professional advisers without your consent, except where the law requires. Sending material to the firm does not create any adviser–client, fiduciary or other relationship until a written engagement is signed.

This website may link to websites operated by others. The firm has no control over them and accepts no responsibility for their content or their treatment of your data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm, its partners, employees and group entities will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any material on it.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.

III

Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the firm collects through this website and in the course of its work, why, and how it is handled. It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and is intended to meet the requirements of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it as they come into force.

What we collect

  • What you give us through the forms on this website: your name, the company or entity you represent, email address, telephone number, what you are looking for, the location of a property, any note you write, and any files you attach, such as financial statements or a presentation.
  • What you give us when we correspond: the contents of emails, calls and meetings, and documents you share in the course of a transaction, which may include identification and financial information where the law requires the firm to collect it.
  • Technical information: the hosting provider's server logs record the IP address and browser type of visitors in the ordinary way. This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The market strip on the home page is provided by TradingView: displaying it sends TradingView your IP address and browser details, and TradingView may set its own cookies; TradingView's privacy policy governs that. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font file and the associated IP address; Google's privacy policy governs that request.

Why we use it

  • To consider and respond to your enquiry, and to tell you our decision.
  • To evaluate, structure and carry out a transaction you are party to.
  • To meet legal obligations, including know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering and record-keeping requirements that apply to the firm or to intermediaries engaged on a transaction.
  • To keep in touch about matters you have raised with us. The firm does not send marketing mail.

When you submit a form on this website you consent to the firm using the information in it for these purposes. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the address below; the firm will then stop using your data except where it must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

Within the firm and its group entities, with the partners and staff who need it for the purposes above; with the firm's professional advisers, such as lawyers and chartered accountants, who are bound by confidentiality; with service providers that host this website, deliver enquiries sent through it, and host the firm's email, who process data only on the firm's instructions; with counterparties, co-investors or lenders in a transaction, only with your consent; and with regulators, courts or law-enforcement agencies where the law requires. The firm does not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept for as long as is reasonably needed to deal with them, and then deleted. Records of transactions are kept for as long as the law requires the firm to keep them, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

How we protect it

The firm applies reasonable security practices and procedures appropriate to the nature of the data, including restricted access, password-protected systems and encrypted transmission where the service provider supports it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and the firm cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask the firm what personal data it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or updated, ask for it to be erased where the firm has no legal reason to keep it, withdraw your consent, and nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the circumstances the law allows. Write to investments@sintracap.in with "Personal data" in the subject line. The firm may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, and will respond within the time the law prescribes.

Children

This website is for businesses and professional investors. The firm does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen.

Changes to this policy

The firm may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

IV

Grievances

If you have a concern about how the firm has handled your personal data, or about anything on this website, write to the Grievance Officer. The firm acknowledges grievances promptly and resolves them within the time prescribed by the applicable rules.
